| Well I'd have to say Hashirama... Madara, who is usually pretty arrogant, actually accepted that he's stronger. Plus unlike Madara, he didn't have constant powerups (MS, EMS, Rinnegan, etc.) |

| Definitely Itachi.He is wise, always has a great plan and strategy, amazing skills and he's never scared or worried.Masashi even said that he was supposed to be the most powerfull and strongest character in the anime/manga if he wasn't sick.And plus he stopped the forth Great Ninja war.I mean come on, he could defeat anyone. |

| The most 'Badass' has to be Pain as he single handedly laid seige and waste to the entire Hidden Leaf Village. If he hadn't used that Jutsu (at the forfeit of his life) to undo all the devastation he wrought the 'Leaf' would've taken years to recover. He defeated and 'ended' Jeriya Sensei without too much trouble, and easily subdued the Six Tales and Utakata. I'd say he was the most intelligent antagonist along with Itatchi and has a perfect command of the most powerful ocular Jutsu - The Rinnegan, having grown up with it. You can empathise with the saddness of his childhood in The Hidden Rain Village and all the tragic things that happened to Nagato, Yahiko and Konan. In the English dub his voice is as cool as f**k lol |
