The Seven Deadly Sins
| Hello guys I have created this topic since i haven`t succeeded in finding out a certain information Therefore, I am asking this here and i really hope i will get an answer since my curiosity is higher than heaven now LOL :))) So,is there a relation between the sins and the beasts they`re used with? Like for example.... Dragon`s Sin of Wrath Or Fox`s Sin of Greed Again,i am really curious as to why are the sins associated with these creatures and i seek your help in enlightening me :DDDD >w</ |

| Well, lets see.. Boar's sin of Gluttony - boars aka pigs are known to eat anything and everything they get, so it makes sense Lion's sin of Pride - lions are known to be prideful Dragon's sin of Wrath - dragons are associated with destruction and anger and just overall being bad Fox's sin of Greed - I don't even know. Serpent's sin of Envy - hm, I think this one is a common association; envy often results in being sneaky which is also associated with snakes Grizzly's sin of Sloth - this is what I always have in mind Goat's sin of Lust - I found out that there's a lust god called Pan in the Greek mythology that kind of resembles a goat, maybe that's where it came from That was an attempt at an explanation, probably not satisfying for you, but still. |
