This thread is for anime-only viewers who plan on reading the manga after the anime is over. Seeing as to how the anime differs from the manga to a certain extent, I plan on listing what chapters each episode covered and also what chapters some episode made references of (if there are any) to show the anime-onlys what the anime skipped and adapted. Others may pitch in as well. :) If I made any mistakes, feel free to correct me. And also, couldn't think of a better title. XD I will be updating this with every new episode.

Episode 1: Beginning

Covered: Chapter 1
Referenced:
Chapter 7 Pg. 12 (Stephen King book first appearance)
Chapter 23 Pg. 17 Panels 2-7 and Pg. 18 Panels 1-2 (Miki's oishii)

Episode 2: Memories

Covered: Chapters 2 and 3

Episode 3: That Time

Covered:
Chapter 0 [Volume 4] (Using Batoto's chapter release as reference, only pages 6-8 were adapted), and Chapter 4

Episode 4: Outing

Covered: Chapters 7 (Miki's flashbacks and the trio parts only), 8 (starting from Pg. 7 Panel 2 onwards), and 12 (starting from Pg. 5 Panel 2 to Pg. 13, Pg. 29-32)

Episode 5: Meeting

Covered: Chapters 10 and 11

Episode 6: Welcome

Covered: Chapters 13 and 14

Episode 7: A Letter

Covered: Chapters 5 (Pg. 3) and 6 (Pg. 5-22)

Episode 8: Future

Covered: Chapters 17 (starting from Pg. 22 Panel 2 onwards) and 18 (Pg. 1-6)

Episode 9: Holiday

Covered: Chapter 18 (Pg. 7-9 Panel 1, Pg. 11 Panel 5-Pg. 12, Pg. 20 Panel 4-Pg. 23, Pg. 27)
*Note: Most of this ep was a swimsuit filler episode. The covered parts were only after the opening and 1-2 minutes before the ending.

Episode 10: Rainy Day

Covered: Chapters 4 (Pg. 21-22), 5 (Pg. 1, Pg. 15 Panel 1), 18 (Pg. 14 Panel 4-Pg. 18, Pg. 20 Panel 4 onwards), 19 (Pg. 1-15, Pg. 24), 20 (Pg. 3-4), and 22 (Pg. 16-17)

Episode 11: Scar

Covered: Chapters 5 (Pg. 29-31), 19 (Pg. 17-20), 20 (Pg. 5-13), 22 (Pg.12-14)

Episode 12: Graduation

Covered: Chapters 20 (Pg. 14-20), 21 (Pg. 21 Panel 2-Pg. 26), 22 (Pg. 22-24), 29 (Pg. 19 Panel 10-Pg. 20), 30 (Pg. 1-4, 12 Panel 3-Pg. 26, Pg. 28-31)
Notes: - A lot of the scenes from chapter 20 that I pointed out weren't shown, but they did happen to lead to the next scenes. So, I'll just add them in.
- Yuki and Yuuri switched roles in the pages I referred to in chapter 21

Chapters not adapted: 8, 9, 15, 16, 23-28 (yes, that whole arc)

Some important events the anime may have skipped thus far (read at your discretion):

Since Lerche is jumping all over the place with the plot, here's a timeline for the anime-only viewers:

Episode 3 (Megu-nee flashback) > Episode 4-6 (Miki flashback) > Episode 1 > Episode 2 > Episode 3 (after flashback) > Episode 7 > Episode 4 (before flashback) and 6 (after flashback) > Episodes 8-12

Since i don't like all these flashback i tried to watch the first 2 episode without miki existence, so, the time-line would be

Episode 3 (flashback) > Episode 1 > Episode 2 > Episode 3 (2nd half without Miki existence) > Episode 4 > Episode 5 > Episode 6 > Episode 7

More linear

I agree with your order too, if we had excluded Miki prior to episode 4. My order was simply to help anime-onlies, but your's is the canon one, going by the manga of course. Wished the anime got at least one more episode or at least 15 episodes, then we wouldn't really need to add Miki into the first few episodes, since her character development in the manga was enough. GG could have finished at 12/13 episodes and released the final few as OVA's, kinda like Kokoro Connect and Bakemonogatari. But, what's done is done. The anime is doing well on it's own...even though it's jumping all over the place.

Hopefully I got the covered chapters for this week's episode (11). I would put the chapters that covered the
but it seems like the author merged the two arcs together in his own way.

Well, i like the ending that the anime is taking. As long as it makes sense...and i think that they
[spoiler]
will adapt the fire's arc

And so, the anime is finished. I listed all the chapters and pages I thought to be adapted. If there's anything I missed, feel free to fill me in.

Not sure if a season two is possible now considering
But we'll see if Lerche decides to make another season.

Wished the original author would have just adapted his original story rather than rewriting it for the anime. Sometimes, it's better to leave things the way they are. If the first 14 pages of Ch. 22 were adapted, I think it would have fit with episode 8's ending better than episode 9's filler, considering it is consistent to the girls in the present and Megu-nee in the past finding out about the safety manual. As much as I cried for Tarou's death, he really was a plague for the anime.

She could've just been saying her final goodbye to Megu-nee because that bear seems to represent her. Dunno why the bear wasn't taken as it's important to Rii in the manga.
