The more established the character is the better.
For instance:
Overlord: http://myanimelist.net/anime/29803/Overlord
The New Gate: http://myanimelist.net/manga/82427/The_New_Gate
Kyuuketsu Hime: madospicy.wordpress.com
The Alchemist God(to a lesser degree as the MC looses his established placement):gravitytales.com/the-alchemist-god/
Log Horizon(to a lesser degree as other players teleport with him)http://myanimelist.net/anime/17265/Log_Horizon.
Note: I'm also looking for works of fiction that follow a similar narrative style to the 3 listed above(not the lesser ones)(e.g Infinite sentient NPC subordinates that each are unfathomably op in the respective mirrored game world.) (I also read the one about the elf and kitsunemimi who have slave magic reflected back on them by the "Maou" Diablo, just cannot remember its name)

Thanks in advance :D

Sorry compleatly forgot: Have seen and read NGNL, SAO. they seem a tad estranged form the category and in the case of SAO they are not teleported to an attenuate reality so mutch as stuck in one and with NGNL they never retain there characters form. (also read death march btw :£)

Nothing else follows even remotely close really, so try Mondaiji Tachi since thats like the last one that is going to be even remotely similar i am pretty sure.

Its not really a constraint, its fact that this genre has only been done a few times, and you are asking for very very very specific details. Log Horizon is like spot on what i would have thought you wanted, but then you said its to a lesser extend -_-

If that doesnt fit, then there really is nothing that will other than maybe NGNL and SAO

+1 to Tate no Yuusha and Arifureta

Although beware that Arifureta has a really good beggining, but sadly it gets worse after a certain point. Kind of like SAO.
