| I might be your savior , I think I have exactly what you want (only thing that might not fit for you is that it is a movie , and it is a talking cow walking on two feet) The Satellite Girl and Milk Cow . Very nice hidden korean anime movie , i'm actually the one that made a request to add it to the database (and I made the little review , not sure if it's a good one but well if it help...) . This is like the perfect opportunity to at last bring it to light , thank you ^^ . |

| It's not exactly what you are asking but Melody of Oblivion goes in a similar direction. The whole show is pretty much bananas and has a lot of scenes that are similar in absurdity as the comedy episodes in Utena. Very entertaining if you are into that! |
