Dunno how much of the story the anime covers but the manga definetely has some romance between the MC and the white haired chick.

didn't look at your list but if you're ok with harems then try Ore no Kanojo to Osananajimi ga Shuraba Sugiru has a silver hair w/ blue eyes in there

Strike the Blood - She's not the main girl, but she does share a kiss with the MC, and she's extremely hot.

Clannad has Tomoyo, who again is not the main girl, but she does get her own spinoff episode at the end where she is the main girl. it's really too bad she wasn't the main for the actual series though, such a shame.

Campione - secondary main girl who is in an acknowledged harem of the MC. does have a kiss between them as needed by the plot.

and a big +1 to oreshura, this fits 100%, the girl is the MAIN girl unlike my recs, but I can't really think of any silver hair mains atm.
