| Yeah, I love it when she yells 'Gao!' and follows it up with a quick 'Itai!' after Yukito bonks her on the head, but I have to go with the moment when she's rising out of the wheelchair to walk to Haruko. The PJs and the short haircut make her look more 'pure' somehow, and there's no way in hell I could keep a dry eye once I realized what she was talking about as she was walking (it hit me pretty much the same time and the same way it hit Haruko). |

| Although there were many Misuzu moments I loved in Air, one of those that moved me most had to be how hard she tried to keep from crying in that one episode in which she was about to engage in a card game with Yukito. T_T She's too sweet of a girl to be handed such a miserable destiny. She wanted something so simple that normally, people could obtain easily. All she ever wished for was a friend and with something so minimal, she was denied of. I suppose that was what caused that single scene to be so poignant—so filled with color and emotion. I sympathized along with her conflict while I watched it. |

| I know, I know ;_; The face she made when she was starting to bawl was one of the most emotional I think I've seen yet. Right up there with the look in Asuka's eyes just before her suicidal killing spree of the government EVAs in the last Evangelion movie. |

| Although...she did ask if she had done well, and if she could rest. When you think about it...are you sure she died? Perhaps she transcended--grew her wings and went to her destiny in the sky. If you look at it that way and compare it to the dreariness she grew up in, it's really not so bad... |
