I was looking for an anime with a similar art style and rom-com features. Thanks in advance, Whisky.

golden time is from the same author but have far less comedy then toradora

you could try kokoro connect (in my opinion the best romcom, and i think its a bit similar in comedy) (its soo funny and has enough romance in it, even a few kiss scenes)

My favorite quotes from animes:

Those who seek miracles will never experience one. The hand of salvation only extends to people
who try to make miracles happen. - Ef a tale of melodies.
I destroy worlds. I create worlds. - Code geass
We are humans. - Shinsekai yori
100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10km run EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! - One punch man

I gave kokoro connect a 10 a while back as my favourite rom-com. Golden time is on my plan to watch though.

Give Nagi no Asukara a watch, you won't regret it.

i havent found anything quite like toradora, and the ones i try (golden time) just arent as good. here are some animes i think you would like though.

nisekoi - its on your ptw. i really enjoyed it. its surprisingly funny.

shigatsu is on your ptw too. i thought that show (through the first batch of episodes) was close to a masterpiece.

bakuman - amazing story, romance is a secondary feature but still a major plot point, and featured in most episodes in one or another.

eureka seven - if you're in an adventurous mood give this a shot. its not a rom-com but the way the relationship develops is sort of like toradora.

I will +1 the HELL out of Golden Time, especially since it's already on your ptw list. As Smooki said, it doesn't have as much comedy, but it touches on some much deeper elements of relationships.

Gekkan Shoujo Nozak-kun is a hilarious watch as well. The art style isn't that similar to Toradora, but the characters are just as loveable.

And last, Ookami-san to Shichinin is fairly decent. Some of the Toradora characters even make a very brief cameo in one episode. I would recommend this one for when you're in a more casual, lenient mood though.
