| I'll be the first to admit that the series has got a load of problems in terms of cliches and just making ANY sense at times, but I still find it really enjoyable. For me, despite all this, it's just how the entire show is completely ridiculous: it's pure entertainment. |

If we're gonna do cliches, we're going to pick out the fun ones and do them well and put everything up to high energy. I kinda like the trend TTGL started if we're going to get things like Basquash! out of it. Neither show is high school girl slice of life hyper (which is something I don't like), but they both have awesome energy that just make you feel happy to watch it. |
| It's not deep the way that Eden of the East is, no, but it's quite clever at times. The animation is excellent and I love how it lampoons Gurren Lagann, Eureka Seven, and dare I say even PreCure? |

| The animation is great, and the story is pretty simple it's just about basquashing. They make everything look fun, the mechas are based off of old cars, there is alot of yelling and bright lights, and big boobs, what else do you want. |
