Since C.C. survived being decapitated and burned at the stake I wonder what would happen, if every cell of her body would be destroyed... Can her soul simply materialize a body? If so could she even escape the Sun or would she be stuck there? What after the death of the Sun? Can she survive/regenerate in the vacuum?

Sure why not.
And I mean that in the most sexually painful way possible.

Code Geass didn't really explain well immortals, that is one of plot holes. Depends on how their immortality works. Is it only bound by their body? So if they got disintegrated, would they still be able to regenerate? Or maybe their immortality is bound to a place, like Sword of Akasha? If it is like that, then would they still have immortality if it was destroyed? Or maybe it is bound to their soul, so they can regenerate indefinitely?

Poorly explained shit isn't a plot hole. The only important part of it is that they are immortal, which was explained.

You don't need to know why unless you are an anal retard.

Pointless question about a situation that never happens related to something that wasn't focused on much in the series, meh -.-

C.C was shown to regenerate from her wounds so the most likely outcome is she will also regenerate and be stuck there whether in a ball of burning gas or in vacuum.

Where do you people even find these questions?

I assume that she regenerates from both a body or a place. Since it's unsure how she managed to survive when she went to the bottom of the ocean with Jeremiah (season 1 finale), one can assume she re-materialized somewhere else after the incident.

Yes she should, she can only die against a Geass user. Not by any other physical means.
Yoshii Kiria took over as leader of Fairytale and rebuilt it and became one of Tsukunes formidable enemies but let's save that story for another time

Hehe, let me introduce him to you again, kid. This is Shuzen Issa (who is MIA during the final battle), who will become your 'trainer' starting today. You still have much to go if you want to become the headmaster.

Like the two souls have started to become one.
