Looking For Specific Type of Anime!

I'm currently looking for an action packed anime, not manga, that will suit my wants. I've seen a lot of slice of life/romance/comedy but I'm looking for something different.

* = Important

What I want:
* -Realistic and interesting characters with ACTUAL personality.
*-It would be nice if there would be some romance and a bit of comedy sprinkled in.
-Dynamic and interesting relationships. I'd also like each character to get enough screen time.
-Set in the past or future, I don't mind present, but past and future are preferred.
* - ACTION. Do not recommend me some cheesy romance slice of life, because I want a gory, kick ass, supernatural action anime xD
-I'd like there to be a supernatural aspect to it.

What I do NOT want:
*-I do not want characters to be over sexualized, nor do I want females to be helpless; that is unrealistic in my book.
-Ecchi and Fanservice. (Note: this is not important. Although if there is ecchi and fanservice, I would like there to be not a lot of it.)

Note: My list is hardly updated due to the fact that I am new, and haven't got around to it, and I just updated it with all the action anime I've seen for this question to be properly answered. I've seen loads of slice of life/romance/comedy anime but have not added them yet.

if you like action try
- Final Fantasy Advent Children Complete
- Aachi wa Ssipak
- Sword of the Stranger (not supernatural but action pack none the less)
- Spriggan (not supernatural but action pack none the less)
- Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (funny and its mecha but its really action packed)
- Hellsing Ultimate (its action with lots of gore that you like)
- Needless (funny and action pack)
- Gundam Unicorn (its mecha but its action packed)
- Redline (its racing anime with action pack scenes)

Shinsekai yori - Fits EVERYTHING asked except has minimal comedy.

Fate/Zero - Fits EVERYTHING: you won't be disappointed (though I believe takes place in the 90's)

*Note - the above 2 anime can be very dialogue heavy at some points throughout the anime.

+1 Hellsing Ultimate
+1 Sword of the Stranger (one of the best movies out there)

Also I'll add Mirai Nikki. Most characters aren't exactly realistic, but the anime is still pretty entertaining and contains a lot of action/supernatural which I assume is the bulk of what you're looking for. Also has some (twisted) romance and a very strong female lead.
