Action/supernatural anime

I'm cant find any more good supernatural (pref with action) anime, all i find is mainstream ones eg naruto, bleach, etc...
Dont recommend weak, wimpy protagonists like from guilty crown, accel world and dont recommend anime with protagonists that become stronger from the power of friendship like fairytail. I want protagonists like from Death Note, Code Geass, etc..
i will accept mangas too, ty and srry for being picky

Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei - airing and have 26 episodes

The MC has OP powers which will be revealed little by little. Though the action parts doesn't really pick up until late part of the first cour because of the long set up, I think it should be pretty satisfying because of Madhouse.
