I personally prefer anime to VN but this is one of the times when they are right on par with each other. It's not as violent as Mirai Nikki but it actually gets up there probably half of the way through where things just start to go absolutely crazy. And the romance is very well done in this series also. It has a lot of the same elements as Mirai Nikki in terms of being a psychological thriller, tons of twists and a very novel concept driving the action forward. It also has an incredibly well done English dub. It starts a little slow but once it gets going, you're on for one hell of a ride. |

Nah, I liked Mirai Nikki for Gasai Yuno, that special ability/item akin to the death note or the Geass ability, and more importantly Gasai Yuno. XD |

Haven't heard of the other two, but Psycho-Pass looks promising. I heard that the mangaka who made Katekyo Hitman Reborn (she's one of my favorite mangaka ever) did the character design for this. No wonder the characters look a bit familiar! Zetsuen no Tempest is probably the one I want to watch most. I'll put that on my PTW list. Thanks! |
