Harem Comedy but not quite Harem

I'm looking for something similar to Rosario + Vampire and High School DxD. By that I mean I want something where it's a harem with the MC but it's pretty much clear that despite him liking all the girls/them liking him, he only really LOVES one, and she's obviously the leader (like Moka and Rias). He doesn't have to end up with her (as in it can be a Harem ending) but it's clear that she's the front runner. It needs to have a little action and comedy. Some ecchi mixed in would be nice but if no then that's ok! I don't care if it's manga or anime. Thanks!

Mayo Chiki <-- Mainly Romance, still really good harem
Sora no Otoshimono
Oreimo <-- Mainly Romance, still pretty good harem
Shakugan no Shana <-- Mainly Action
The World God Only Knows <-- Not exactly clear who he ends up with, but still pretty good
Hanagai <-- Once again, mainly romance, but still a good harem (Good amount of comedy too)

All I can think of for now, I've watched all of these and enjoyed them, quite a lot
