Anime with Quiet/Shy main female character.

I've made a post similar to this before but couldn't really get much out of it so instead of generalising the type of character i'd rather give references.

The anime can have almost any genre but I would prefer if it includes romance (It can have ecchi).
Other tag that would be nice would be comedy but once again it's not mandatory.

The female lead (doesn't have to be the only lead) must be either quiet or give almost emotionless/quiet/monotone (or whatever you want to call it) responses in her speech.
She can indeed have a sweet/caring side but it is not aparent at first sight.

Characters like:
Hellscythe Eucliwood - Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka?
Mashiro Shiina - Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo
Ikaros - Sora No Otoshimono
Tabitha - Zero No Tsukaima
Primula - Shuffle!
Nozomu Ezomori - Kanokon
Misaki Mei - Another

Also of course i would love cute characters but as long as they're likeable (wether for looks or personality) i don't mind.

Guilty Crown has Inori who is pretty much the same as Shiina from Sakurasou. Even have the same voice actors.

nah, inori is a horrible character that randomly turns super saiyan and stuff. she totally changes character between episodes

anyway this has a pretty well-written shy female protagonist http://myanimelist.net/anime/800/NieA_Under_7

Ein from Phantom: Requiem of The Phantom
- She speaks in monotone
- Doesn't show many expression, almost expressionless.
- Badass
The anime is mostly action. There is no romance in it I think, but Ein and Zwei is fond of each other. I personally ship them together XD

Yin from Darker Than Black
- Quiet, doesn't talk much
- Speaks in monotone
- Totally expressionless
- Has poor eyesight, almost blind
- Has ability to "see" using water
Same as above, mostly action, but there is some romance between Yin and Hei in the OVA. One of my greatest OTP XD
