Back into his original form in one scene, and later into the "Girlycard" form he used back in WWII. The Black Dog and the rest of his familliars are also a part of him in a way. Ceras also transforms a bit, at least with her arm, and Günsche turns into his werewolf form once. And both Alucard and Ceras are more or less invulnerable.
