Cyberpunk-ish anime, something with a "blader runner" like feel to it

Well I think the title speaks for itself (though knowing my luck nothing like this exists)

I suggest checking out Cowboy Bebop.

Ergo Proxy is probably what you want.

I also recommend Cowboy Bebop and Heat Guy J for a similar feel

Bubblegum Crisis- The OVAs(NOT 2040) Bubblegum Crash A 3 OVA continuation of the original BGC OVAs

You'll see some familiar scenery when compared to Blade Runner along with a lot of familiar names such as Priss & Leon. Blade Runner was the leading inspiration behind this series and it shows a lot.

A.D. Police Files - Again the original OVAs would be another as it's a spinoff from BGC. You'll find it a bit darker in themes. Highly recommend this even though it's only 3 OVAs.

Parasite Dolls Takes place in the same setting/universe as the above drastically different character designs however.

Mardock Scramble: The First Compression A Trilogy of anime movies. Definitely cyberpunk and there is that Blade Runner noir-esque thing going on.

Armitage III Follows a similar storyline to Blade Runner especially if you know the significance of the 'Unicorn' scene in the Blade Runner Final Cut. It has a sequel as a film Armitage III - Dual Matrix

Same/Similar in genre not necessarily blade runner-esque:
Texhnolyze Dark & Brooding atmosphere. A favorite.
Ergo Proxy Great story/design. One of my faves.
Ghost in the Shell Movies / TV Series
Metropolis, Robotic Angel
Serial Experiments Lain
Appleseed Any of the movies / ovas the 3DCG ones are quite good.
Vexille Another 3DCG/Anime
Wonderful Days
Heat Guy J Not a fan of the character designs but the story is great.
Black Magic M-66 older ova, but good.
Megazone 23 Part of this was the inspiration behind some of the Matrix films.
Viper's Creed Recent series has industry veteran & cyberpunk fan Aramaki, Shinji directing.
Real Drive Not "truly" cyberpunk at first glance as it doesn't contain that noir-grit at all but the themes are VERY RELEVANT do not let appearances fool you with this one. Masamune Shirow developed the concept for this show.
Bakuretsu Tenshi Several cyberpunk-related themes in this.
Bubblegum Crisis 2040 Remake of the original BGC has a different feel to it, but isn't bad.
Cyber City Oedo 808 A classic.
Goku: Midnight Eye & It's sequel Goku II (old stuff)
Dominion Tank Police another Masamune Shirow creation has several relevant themes. New Dominion Tank Police (sequel),TANK S.W.A.T. 01 12 years after the sequel a 30 minute 3DCG follow up was done. - These have some relevant themes.

Dennou Coil It isn't truly cyberpunk but involves a lot of augmented reality via a global net so there are relevant themes here and the animation is quite good.

There are some others it just depends on how grey/muddy you want the genre definition to get. Some of the above recommendations all ready tread in that territory a bit.

Seconding Ghost in the Shell SAC, especially since you liked the movie.
