| I came up with this idea the other day, about earning "achievements" on MAL for doing certain things. A few months ago I came across this Achievement Generator, I never really did anything with it until I came up with this little idea. I thought it was sort of a fun way to get people more active in the MAL community, or just to show off past milestones I've completed for people to see. Either way, I haven't really sculpted this completely and wanted to hear some feedback on the idea. Would (or could), people actually want to get into this type of "game"? Or is it a dead end? I'm not really sure myself. Any feedback would be appreciated. P.S. I think the Gold for each one might be a little off, might have to change them since they seem sort of awkward.  Complete 100 Anime  Re-watch FLCL 50 times  Drop an Anime  Marathon an entire Anime in one day  Complete the original Naruto series  Complete the original Pokemon series  Complete Trigun  Complete Hyouka |

Honestly, it doesn't take much effort to throw in some special effects, a box and some text involving some achievement. Edit: which reminds me, http://mal.oko.im has some achievements for MAL. We know it's your first time seeing such a huge mecha, but you must pilot it. You can do it. Earned because you watched: (26) So I guess go there if you want achievement badges related to MAL. |

I mean, these could eventually reach those levels. But I'm starting out with something simple. |
