Seems very Diablo like, never even heard of the game, is it good? And noob friendly? :)

A LONG time ago, pretty much only played for CC5 though, left around the time Webzen took back over from K2.

It's not a bad game though, a bit grindy once you get higher leveled, but the same can be said about many games. :P

Its free to play but very hard to lvl up unless you buy exp boosts for $ theres 400 normal levels where you get stat points every level and after that theres another 300 master levels where you can add to new skills...
Its an old game that I grew up on which is why I like it, I would never recommend it to someone to start from scratch purely because its so hard to get good haha.

Way back before I played it for a bit, but I didn't really settle in the game. Probably because I was Playing Ragnarok Online at the same time. :D

hahaha yeah its defs a grind fest... If you arent able to leave your computer running 24/7 dont expect to get many levels ^_^ theres a bot built into the game which auto attacks for you now, they also made it so you can run more than 1 MU at once so you can have multiple accounts partied with each other, I can run about 4 until my pc starts lagging haha.

I used to play it years ago, as in about 9 or 10 years ago.

I know the game was pretty much new when I started playing it.

Kinda funny its a game I used to play on an old Pentium 3 based computer which I had at the time, I would hate trying to play any form of MMORPG game on that computer now. XD

I also remember getting one hitted by the big Yetis in the snow/ice area -_- Loads of people used to group up together usually with one strong player killing them I remember that. I don't remember what level I got in the end, but I used to train in Level 3 of Dungeon, or in the underwater area.
It's been too long I can't remember the level I got to. :P I remember I had both a Dark Knight and Dark Wizard char though, the Knight was the higher level one.

hahaha yeah thats when I first played it too I didnt really get into it until a few years later though. Those were the good old days back when it was all free to play and everyone had an even chance, these days you can buy alot of things for $ and rush levels, you will rarely see anyone training at that snow map with the big Yetis anymore :(

Very very long time ago, i knew this game and played a bit.

Well, this game was really popular in my country, like the most successful online game, until some bull*** China online games kicked in and people liked that better...

Meh I guess the spirit of the game is gone then haha.

When I used to play I just liked the idea that once you left the city you were on your own to fend for yourself and kill monsters to level up.

I don't like games that hold your hand and tell you what to do all of the time, MU Online used to be perfect at basically just leaving you to level up yourself.

It's a shame that people can level quickly just by paying now though, I guess I'll never bother playing it again then. I think when I used to play the game it was marked as Beta actually, which would explain why it was completely free.

fml omg this games definetely a grind fest, i gave up originally on the global servers at lvl 149. If you want the best out of the game play the private servers i had a lot of fun on them for a while.

Haha yeah It was such a hard game to play, They only added a map like a year or 2 ago lol... before then you had to memorize every single map. Its always been free to play but about 5 years ago they added a shop where you can pay $ for exp boosts and things. Like I said before I wouldnt recommend anyone get into it now unless they were willing to leave there computer on 24/7 for about 3 years lololol

haha yeah bro... its definitely brutal. Private servers are fun for a while but they get old quickly, and nothing has any real value on a private server. On global I can sell alot of my items and characaters for $ the last thing I sold was a max set, staff and wings for $500 US. Alot of the top gear is expensive because its so hard to get yourself.

Lol yeah I remember that it used to have no map. I still don't really remember the map layouts very well, I used to just wander around aimlessly in the general direction where I knew my destination was lol.

I think I actually got into a map which I wasn't supposed to before. I got into an area which had loads of ruins everywhere like a ruined city, and there wasn't a single person there. I didn't hack the files or anything I remember I just randomly got there via normal gameplay.

No idea if I was supposed to be there or not, but I assumed not because there wasn't a single player there besides me.
