Any steampunk fashion anime out there other then fullmetal alchemist? I'm looking for the clockwork-gear fashion side of steampunk, not the robotic welfare side.
Im also looking for an anime or manga set before modern times, such as kuroshitsuji. Does anyone have recommendations?

Last Exile.

"-- I loved the 2003 Last Exile. Although alternate world/steampunk, it seemed to capture the spirit of aviation's early "barnstorming" days. The recent Last Exile: Fam, the Silver Wing was o.k. but poor in comparison." - Lisnoire

--Don't know why I always forget those two. They are excellent! Not saying there is anything wrong with the others mentioned.
