| Reading the thread title, I came in ready to recommend Mirai Nikki, Deadman Wonderland, and the like. After reading the thing about switched bodies, the only one I can think of at the moment is Detective Conan. If you're looking for a mentally challenged main character, disregarding the age thing, there's quite a few. |
