Why didn't they just report the suicide note to the police after Joe comes back to rescue Scum, Soldier and Cabbage? The doctor even said that they might potentially be thrown in prison because of the note. This could have you know prevented "his" death in the first place. >__< |

| I think it's because with that note they could be sure Soldier, Cabbage and Scum/Uncovered wouldn't be tortured by Ishihara and Sasaki for their whereabouts. With the note they could ensure their safety. |
