Here is where I'll keep track of all of the anime, manga, and character relations we have.
However, I'd like your help catagorizing some of these anime further and adding and removing some anime and such from these lists.
I want us to figure out what sort of standards we have for what goes in these and what doesn't. Like, "Does it have lots of anthropomorphic animals, and do they appear often?" or "Is one of the main characters an anthropomorphic animal?" and such. Also, should we include anime where kemonomimi are extremely prominent?Depending on the answers to questions like that, some anime might be removed or added. Since talking animals are anthropomorphic animals, then perhaps we could put in parenthesis shows that are more just talking animals. Basically I want some help with doing this. I do think though that anime that are part of a series should only include one of the anime in our list unless they are significantly different. Anyways, thanks, and if you have any suggestions or ideas, feel free to say them.

Renkin San-kyuu Magical Pokaan (NOTE:Werewolf girl transforms into dog at times)
Spice and Wolf (NOTE: Wolf girl transforms into wolf at times)
Yozakura Quartet
NOTE: I'm still in the progress of setting this all up. However, I should be able to get this list in order and with more anime soon.
Personally, I think there should be the following categories:
Completely furry: For series where most of the main cast, preferably the whole cast, is made of anthropomorphic animals (for example: Hamtaro, Kaiketsu Zorori)
Kind of furry: For series where at least one of the main characters or a lot of the side characters are furry, like a regular human cast in a furry world (for example: Wildknights Gulkeeva, Violinist of Hammeling)
Barely furry: For series where this kind of characters are present but they don't have a meaningful presence in the show, making these the easiest entries to get rid of if the list gets too big (for example: Dragon Ball)
Kemonomimi: while this kind of shows are better suited for other clubs(say, Monster Girls <3 or Neko-Mimi Lovers), we can't deny that there'll be furries also interested in those kinds of shows.
About talking animals, they could either have their own category or just indicate them as you mentioned. I'd also like to propose a Transformation category, for series like Wolf Rain where it's regular human to regular wolf and the other way around, but I'm not sure if there are enough shows that could use that category.
EDIT: Forgot to add this.
Regarding the number of titles allowed of a series, I'd say that having only one on the actual relationships (the one seen at the main page) yet having all of them in this thread or elsewhere.

Only one title in anime relations on the main page?
I can do that. Do you have any suggestions on what I should add as the one anime relation on the main page?
Misunderstood what this meant when I first quoted it. Disregard post.
If only thread edits were shown on recent activity ¬¬. Anyway, I'd say the following series fit under the following categories:
Anime
.hack//Roots (Barely Furry)
Cat Shit One (Completely Furry)

Ginga Densetsu Weed (Completely Furry)
Ginga Nagareboshi Gin (Completely Furry)

I haven't watched this anime, but it seems that MapleStory has furry supporting characters.
Bagi and Jungle Taite are already mentioned, but Osamu Tezuka had a lot. Only some of it is on MAL however. Divided the manga into three categories, because I thought there were going to be more of them on MAL then I found. Decided I might as well post them like this anyways:
Animals that talk/act like humans:
* Adventure 21 (Kind of Furry)
* The Mysterious Underground Man (Kind of Furry)
* Unico (Completely furry)
* Wansa-kun (Completely furry)
* Wonder 3 (Completely furry)
Animals with even more human characteristics:
* Boku no Son Goku (Kind of Furry)
* Choujin Taikei (Completely furry)
Humans who gain animal characteristics:
* Ode to Kirihito (Completely furry/Kind of furry) Somewhere in between I guess.
* Hi no Tori (Kind of Furry) The Sun chapter specifically.
Anime:
* Boku no Son Goku (Kind of Furry)
* Hi no Tori (Kind of Furry) Same as the manga.
* Saiyuuki (Kind of Furry)
* Unico (Kind of Furry)
* Unico: Mahou no Shima e (Kind of Furry)
* Wonder 3 (Completely furry)
* Wansa-kun (Completely furry)
* Wansa-kun (OVA) (Completely furry)
Other than Tezuka:
Manga:
* Dorohedoro (Kind of furry)
* Devilman (Kind of furry)
* Devilman Lady (Kind of furry) Warning: NSFW
* Iguana no Musume (Kind of furry)
* Legendz (Kind of furry)
* Nekojiru Udon (Completely furry)
* Nekojiru Manju (Completely furry)
* Shin Violence Jack (Barely furry)
Anime:
* Legendz: Tale of the Dragon Kings (Kind of furry) Bordering on Completely furry.
* Nekojiru Gekijou Jirujiru Original (Completely furry)
* Nekojiru-sou (Completely furry)
Now that we have the anime season chart for MAL, I've noticed that there are a lot of furry anime.
Should I mention them? I have yet to see them, so their category would be kind of muddy until someone confirms if it is what it looks like from the cover.
Battlechili1 said: Do you think it'd be a good idea to, after adding all these, to turn every name into a link to each one's MAL page?
I agree with the links. They can be helpful for people interested in a series, maybe pictures and/or a description too.
But I warn you this from my experience with the videogame thread, there's a maximum of 65535 characters per post. If you exceed it, bad things happen.
