| The reason the revoking really didn't work last time is that barely anyone went ahead and revoked claims of the members of Black Listed clubs in their own claims clubs. To stop that from happening this time, we need a more rooted way to do it, and one that will get done. My suggestion: Roughly 3 Admins of this club should be made a Admin in all U.F.C.C. approved clubs, those 3 Admins will be responsible for checking the members of their clubs against those that are members of Black Listed clubs, and revoking their claims in those clubs. |

| it's matter of being executable. we don't need another list that has only meaning outside, we don't need symbols. we need action. execute or give them feeling of being untouchable. |
| I think best would be making the admins themselves work over with illegal claims. We'd mass msg + sticky a list and from time to time do a routine 'checkup' on few spots to see if they are being watched over. It's time consuming yes, but we can't leave it as it is. ps. men die in fire! |
