Ho~? *looks around and spots a place on the ledge that looks comfortable*. That looks nice.... *Walks over, lays down, and quickly falls asleep* Zzzzz.....
Amaranth enters the roof and notices that no one is around. As expected. She sighs and walks to the middle of it. "I'll ask you one more time. Are you certain?"
[It has bene such a long time someone posted here, so I'm just ussuming no one's there anymore :)]
Darius walks up, the sun is warm and the air is cool. Like a world of eternal October, Youkai Academy always has that feel to it. Darius looking at her nods his head in confirmation.
Amaranth looks at him and closes her eyes. A magic circle appears around them, shining brightly red. "To keep the aura inside." she explains without opening her eyes. No one else needs to know that she's a Shinigami. She smiles sad for a last time and than changes. Her black hair becomes white and a huge, black cape appears around her shoulder and a scythe in her right hand. She breaths out and opens her eyes. In stead of them being dark, they're blood red. "So you're the lowlife who wanted to see me, huh? Tch, my human side is too kind. Have you guessed yet? What I am?" She moves closer and lays her arms around his neck while looking at him with her cold eyes. "Want to know what death feels like?"
Darius felt the wave of yoki energy, it wasn't just a wave though. More like pulse continually beating out of her like a heartbeat pumping pure demonic power. Darius wouldn't admit it but he frozen to scared to even breathe, but he tried to hold his composure has she held him and he said a emotionless voice as he looked into her "Scary... yeah you're scary. In fact if it weren't for the kida monster that I am and my pride I would be running for the steps" he saw her eyes narrow and he continued "But... I think there's more than eets the eye with most monsters" and he shifted into his true form as she held him.
His body bulged and contortioned. Wings and a tail burst out of his clothing, his whole body turned into its stone like form with claws on each hand. His eyes glowed a tint of red and his face was ugly as a demon's... but. His eyes even with that tint of red were still the same baby blues as his human form and they were staring back into hers as he said "No matter how scary you are... there is always something more" his ugly face 'smiled' at her.
Amaranth looks at him, wondering why he doesn't run. He's the first to admit he's scared, but still stays. He's different from the others, something she can only admire him for. She watches him change and smiles, not with her cold Shinigami smile, but her humans form's. "Your soul is beautiful, Darius. I don't care about the rest." She winks and gives him a kiss on his forehead. Then she let's go before her Shinigami side comes up again. "It's useless to stay if I'm not here to do my job. Oh, and Darius..." She looks at him. "Don't you dare to hurt my human side. She's fragile, even though she doesn't shows it." She closes her eyes again and she changes back. Amaranth sighs. She really hates the feeling of having two different personality's in one body. And the thing she hates the most, is that she doesn't remember what her Shinigami forms says when she's back in her human form.
His stoney demon face blushed as she kissed him on forehead and her words rung in his ears as he tried to process what she was implying. As she shifted back so did he saying "A Shinigami and a Gargoyle... an interesting pair aren't we?"
Amarath laughs. "We sure are. But hey, that's what makes life fun." she answers. She notices that the door opens and that two people enter the rooftop. "We were lucky." She looks at the ground and notices the magic circle is still there. Afer she makes a small movement with her hand, it disappears immediatly.
Amaranth looks at Darius while he's looking at the other people and smiles. Thank you, Darius. She closes her eyes and rushes through her hair. Then she opens them again and smiles at the two. "Hi! My name's Amaranth. What's yours?" she asks them grinning.
Seeing a change in Amaranth's expression Darius said to break the monotony, "Her and I were just leaving... perhaps we can talk later?" he gave Amaranth a look.
Amaranth looks at Darius and then nods at the two. "Yeah, we have to go. See you guys later, okay?" she says smiling before grabbing Darius' hand and walking to the door. "Thanks." she whispers in his ears.
*thinking: ah, I made it again.. why do always like this.. keep quiet and not introducing is so rude.. *
Amaranth isn't it? and the other is Darius..*looks at the guy that looks like a girl that is next to Hana*
