ehm, have you actually watched the OVA?  needless to say, this qualifiies for the ecchi tag, even if the regular series as a whole has no ecchi elements. |

Despite the regular series not being Ecchi this OVA deserves the tag as there are multiple fanserivce scenes in this anime including a wet shirt scene that happens 3 minutes into it. |
