There are a few questions i have on this topic.
1. Do you guys think a VA watches all the anime they spoke a character in?
2. Are there any interviews(or comments) in which some VA talked about this topic?

3. Would you watch all the anime, even the bad ones, if you were a VA?

I think, the "samll" voic actore, those with only a few roles, watch all their anime. Va with a lot of roles only watch the better ones.
And if i were an voice actor i would try to watch all the anime i spoke in, even the bad ones.

To answer this central question, I highly doubt they all do. I would imagine most do not only do voice acting for multiple shows, but busy with rehearsals, voicing even games, and set up for promotional shit too. I would also assume some may also not strictly work in the field of acting at all. I know plenty of them who appear to be more focused on music careers and even modeling. Where many well known Seiyuu double as idols, singers, and even models as their main profession. Where I would imagine most will simply just look at it as a job and keep things professional, unless it's an actual passion project they are working on.

It would be almost as cringe as imagining an extremely famous actor that simply sits around in their free time only watching the films and TV shows they worked on. lol

Or a female porn star watching all the smut that they starred in, where it's likely most of them likely wouldn't want to re-live being used as a cum dumpster for hours and hours straight in countless videos. lol

1. I think most of them do. And some do reaserch aswell by reading ahead in source material. But idk how much for shitty generic low effort slops tho.

2. Oshi no Ko ones which I watched. They talk about not only there character but whole relevant episode or season.

3. Maybe..but again only if have time which I assume I won't have lot depending on my notoriety. If I will, otherwise only good ones.
