| Hmmm maybe dietician is one since credit often goes to doctors instead and most people focus on treating conditions rather than preventing them. Anesthesiologists I think people underestimate how much they monitor and control so they assume they do way less than they do. The people who work in the sewers to clear the pipes out. Not a job but whistle blowers I almost want to say teacher but since it has already been said I will add so many teachers are not good teachers which is part of why they are not appreciated because they are bad at teaching or even if they are good they arent often in conditions where you can see that in effect on students learning so it doesnt show, unfortunately.
