@MegamiRem might just be the TL but it seems heavily hinted at that she still isn't with him as this is some kind of "future perspective" but she still calls herself a "rental girlfriend" there.
Again, could just be the TL not able to fully reproduce what was actually implied.

still fuck her for not opening her mouth again and shame on the author for taking a bigger dump on Kazuya with every release. dogshit.
