While Comatose he encounters an Ancient Doctor who passes on all his Knowledge.
Now he can save his Mother and some important People, which will help him in the Future.
He solves an Ancient Medical Prescription which helps him pay for Medicine.
Mr Cao who owns the Medical supplies asks him to save an Old Friend.
Mad Car ride ensues.
