How come Tokyo Mew Mew never got dubbed after the 4Kids dub stopped?

I noticed One Piece was able to get redubbed in the 2000s, but the same never happened to Tokyo Mew Mew, even though 4Kids lost the rights to the dub in 2007. How come Mew Mew was never able to get fully redubbed? I noticed a lot of magical girls never get dubs or never get fully dubbed like Doremi (only one season was dubbed), Mermaid Melody, Shugo Chara, and Precure (only 3 Precure shows have been dubbed, and two were heavily censored, Smile and DokiDoki Precure)

The original creator saw that the dub was not faithful to the original version and that when it was airing, the dub was the highest rated show on the block, but 4kids rigged the results so F-Zero would take the lead.
