| That was very wholesome. I like how this scanlation came out on Valentines day; it's very fitting. I really like this mangaka's art style; it just works for this story. It's fluffy, shimmery, and serious all at the same time. The expressions are on point too. |
| Another manga to walk in the footsteps of Kino's Journey. The use of the word partner is vague in the description but I can't be convinced otherwise that it is about a wife and wife looking for their new forever home whilst having new and interesting experiences on every planet they visit on their journey. Ridley and Watari act like a married couple right from the start. The art smashes it out the park! It has a very ethereal quality that really helps set the tone and atmosphere. I hope this can get licensed for an English release! |
