Fingers crossed he can pull off that gravelly/husky voice for Franky. It'll take time for us to get used to his new voice, but let us have faith in him.

Not sure how to feel about this. He has done some great work, but out of shows I've seen, the role of Kimura's that might be the most similar to Franky is Vice from Kamen Rider Revice. And Vice was annoying af. On the other hand, Todo can be kind of a more understated version of that sort of character, and he sounds fine. I hope Kimura does Franky and Kazuki Yao justice and manages to strike that balance of being loud and eccentric without being obnoxious.
