Looking for a specific anime

I've got a very vague memory of it from a decade or 2 ago when I were younger.

The Main Character had a similar appearance as the main character from Bastard or Seshomeru from Inuyasha but he's a demon with a devil like tail.

The main Antagonist was a huge fat guy (think jaba the hut) who used this machine to move him around on 4 legs.

The Heroine was a cyborg of sorts (again vague memory)

There was a Spider lady in it like the one from Wikid City.

The world is made up of talking demons for the most part, not nessersarily hostile and If I remember correctly it was a cyber punkish city. (Or broken down like a slum)
