Honestly this show started off promising in the first couple of episodes but it went downhill so fast. The beginning felt rushed, the middle felt slow pacing-wise and the ending was so lacklustre and a waste of time because the whole reason of the plot existing wasn't addressed in the entire first season. Characters aren't developed in a way that supports the story or Zhang Heng and Zhang Heng himself is a useless main character with no quality traits.

Save your time and don't watch

Yeah. I can't even bring myself to write a review to this. I live for sci-fi and I watched this thing whole and It's so depressing. The concept of everything in this is great. The execution is dreary. Save yourself the headache. There is NO redeeming quality in this donghua. Nothing. It's bad.
