| Don't skip it, it is cannon and does add to the overall theme of the series. Watch all of the films btw |
| Just as skippable as any other Mushishi episode... It's not any different just because it has a seperate database entry. |
| All mushishi content should be watched if you enjoy mushishi, only exception, you don’t like mushishi, which would be pretty cringe imo. |

This is one of the best Mushishi episodes, period. Even if you haven't watched any Mushishi I would still recommend this.
