For 1 minute imagine if a show was made of Naruto that is doing the exact same thing Dragonball Kai is. Now here's my question. If that series started over do you think It would catch up to the manga faster than the shit we are getting now? The sad thing is I'm not really exaggerating.

It exists now. You can find it on reddit. 72 episodes, each ~1.5h, each one based on 1 volume of manga. I started watching it today and it's great.
