See I have all 3 episodes (2 downloaded, and that VHS tape with the last one in it). I also have every manga downloaded. I also have Renpy. But since there's no way for me to rip pictures and stuff, I figured I'd make something similar. But it's difficult due to the fact that I don't have (or know how to use) photoshop. But I'll figure something out sometime.

Basically, you play as an intern. You have the support of Dr. Ogenki showing you the ropes while at the same time, you get special "privileges" from Nurse Ruko Tatase. You even get to plow female patients (straights, lesbians, even shemales/futanaris). And at the end, you'll either stay at the clinic as an associate, or go independent. That's the plot here.

No such games exist. It's why I wanted to make my own. But as I implied already, I don't know how to use photoshop so I can't rip any pictures or anything.

Plus I never came around to even writing a script for Renpy. I had (and Still got) some real life issues to deal with.

Why do you need photoshop to rip pictures? Just play the files on your computer media player or even an online video player, pause at the frame you want to take a picture, and use print Scrn, snipping tool or any other number of various screenshot-taking programs. Unless you don't have a computer, but I am assuming you do since you mention photoshop.

Of course I have a computer. But which media player are you discussing? Cause I use Media Player Classic. And I have the Ogenki Clinic Adventures DVD as well as the VHS Ogenki Clinic with the subtitled final episode (Despite the manga being ongoing for a while longer and ending later).
