Lenalee's relationships with pretty much anyone would be unhealthy at best, because she's so clingy and cannot go five minutes without tearing up over her oh-so-sad past.
She does absolutely nothing for Allen, and he does nothing for her. If anything, Lenalee gives Allen anxiety from her constant whining fest (ever noticed how he's so uptight and worried around her, even when she is perfectly safe and sound?). Heck, she gives everyone anxiety from her whining fest. She literally manipulates the crap out of everyone so they feel sorry for her and have to give her extra gentle treatment because she is a speshul snowflake. Like, this isn't the way they used to treat her. Allen and Lavi BOTH yelled at her - a.k.a., they treated her the same as everyone else. People yell. They get pissed off. It happens. But Lenalee makes it clear that her feelings are more important than anybody else's, and how DARE anyone tell her what they really think about her stupidity and selfishness.
She makes it so that this would be a believable scenario within the manga:
Everyone: There's Akuma attacking us! Where's Lenalee? We need firepower!
Someone: She's crying.
Everyone: Oh, right. Sure, sure. Let her cry. It's so important that she cries. We're not going to tell her to get off her ass or anything. Haha. Imagine that. Telling LENALEE to do anything. :) We'll just lose half our exorcists till then, but they're not as important as Lenalee-hime, so it doesn't matter. :) Whenever the cutesy little girl is ready. :)
Compare that to the way they would 100% treat Miranda:
Everyone: There's Akuma attacking us! Where's Miranda? We need firepower!

Everyone: WTF MIRANDA?? GET OFF YOUR ASS AND STOP CRYING. JEEZ, YOU'RE AN EXORCIST. ACT LIKE ONE.

I feel it's made obvious that Lavi has a thing for Lenalee (I think it's even mentioned somewhere in trivia), but again, I don't see those two doing anything that normal couples do. Because he wouldn't be able to hang out with her without a) feeling torn about being a Bookman and b) her constant crying about her past. Also, he can't be himself without her. He's a mischievous joker usually (and seems to genuinely enjoy it, as opposed to it just being a mask), but Lenalee is so sensitive he'll tell a joke about the weather and she'll start bawling.
And Kanda and Lenalee. Don't even get me started. I think this is actually the MOST forced relationship with her. Kanda is a surly bastard by nature (still got a heart of solid gold, though, and I love him). There is NO reason for him to be nice to Lenalee, as opposed to anyone else. NONE. It's not because she's a girl - he treats other women just the way he treats men (Miranda is a good example). He finds everyone pissing off, regardless of their personality, so why not her? Even in the trivia it states he 'can't stay mad at her, for SOME REASON'. Yeah, that's because, by his nature, he should be able to stay mad at her. It makes no sense for him to be all docile with Lenalee. He wasn't even docile with Alma, and Alma was the closest thing he ever had to a friend.
