| Hey everyone. I am going to read this one too, but I have a question, does anybody know where to find all of the volumes online. So far I only found up to volume 6 online and I would love to read all of them. Thanks if someone has a link:D |

| No one is talking about it yet? I'll start with the easiest part: the art is good. Everyone looks distinctive and appropriate. I especially like how the FullGrown version and the Loli version of the same person look like they are the same person. Main chara is suitably androginous though I have to wonder what medical condition is that (Literally half male - top- and half-female -bottom- and menstruates?! This would theoretically be intersexuality but I raise an eyebrow at how clear cut it is, both anatomically and functionally). Sure, the manga has supernatural elements, but still, it'd have been nice to understand the medical condition behind something as important as the main character's struggle and possibly the very central issue (I hope this won't get into a romance too soon - unfortunately it's inevitable, but at 10 volumes I hope it'll be more complex than... well, than shoujo tends to be). Speaking of which, the whole issue is horribly superficial. I'm almost sorry to have to say this, but if it tried to realistically portray struggle and confusion, not just "aw my gawd, convoluted romaaaance, and let's make Utena literal!" it's not very successful. The Nightmare selves are nice, though totally unsubtle, and the power gap seems kinda odd at times. |
