Fate/Zero

I`m planning to watch Fate/Zero, yet I`ve some sort of a confusion in the sequels and prequels.
The anime has 3 parts, right?
The first and the second parts were aired respectively, but the the third
part"Fate/Stay Night", as it`s shown out on this site,was aired in 2006 !!

Which part I should start up watching ?!!

Fate/Stay Night is the original anime adapted from the visual novel. Fate/Zero is a prequel, but it was created afterwards, adapted from a light novel. Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works is an alternate story of Fate/Stay Night (alternate route in the visual novel)

I would recommend playing the Fate/Stay Night visual novel if you can instead of watching the animes and then watching Fate/Zero since that's the order they were made in... but its not necessary, you can just watch Fate/Zero and it should still make sense.

The MAL page is pretty clear. It tells you what the sequels are just like you said. Air date doesn't matter.

Watch Fate/Zero first. Think of it like Fate/Stay Night being the original star wars trilogy and F/Z as the star wars prequel.

If you're a SW fan, don't toast me just because I made that comparison lol. It was just an example :P

Ideally you should play the Fate/stay night visual novel first, then watch Fate/Zero, but if that's not possible for whatever reason I guess you could just watch Fate/Zero.

I wouldn't recommend the Fate/stay night anime. It's a relatively loose adaptation of one route of the visual novel, and Fate/Zero is the prequel to the visual novel (that's all 3 routes, and especially the Heaven's Feel route which has no anime adaptation).

Don't watch fate/stay night.
it's a horrible adaptation to its VN. (pftt studio DEEN)

but if you're planning to watch both, watch Fate/Stay night first then Fate/zero.
you'll realize how awesome fate/zero is unlike F/SN
