| Shigurui if you don't mind rather graphic violence. Also feudal japan is basically the setting of Gintama (no, really). Mushishi is an excellent show set during this time, but no Ninjas or Samurai in there. Then there's Sengoku Basara. The (not quite) historically correct retelling of the Warring States Era ;-) |
| I'm not sure if they fit the bill perfectly but Hyouge Mono Saraiya Goyou VERY little fights in those, still both are fantastic. |
