Done and Done. Very anticlimactic ending but overall It was a nice read. 8/10

Real short: the manga is a solid 5/10. It left the "kill targets" territoey and morphed into a battle shounen with some sports thrown in and it served the manga right.

However while Cybele is 100% villain material for the type of manga this is, a glance at the "bigger picture" shows a more dangerous foe which can't ever be defeated with fists and fury alone - the blond arms dealer death merchant guy from the early chapter, the one who somehow managed not to kill Hotaru twice.

That's an antagonist far more vicious, not just because of his wealth and power and apparent genius, but because he's got so many allies owing to the fact that he's a symbol. He represents the "rotten side of the system" so to say - the inevitable abuses of the weapons-making side of capitalism and a drive that can blind men to morals quite easily - greed taken to its outmost extreme.

This is the guy I kinda hoped would be fought against more in the manga, but this predictably was not the case.
