The new animation is fire, loving it...

But what's with the drawn out tragic story, I was feeling more annoyed than sad. We already established the tragic back story in previous seasons, there was no need to go heavy again in episode one...

Maybe it's the animation that got me super excited, but in the end the episode was just drawn out...

Chen should have easily defeated these people, they shouldn't have even giving him any difficulty.
The whole she's is weakness bullshit was unnecessary.

Is that little girl (whom Shen Nan named her Chen Xi in Ep. 1) the same girl as the one who first entered plotline in Baihuagu in S2 ep. 25?
In this season 3, the little girl appears to be shorter, younger and cuter than the one in S2-25 who looks older and slimmer!

Even Shen Nan looks slimmer with sharper chin in the 1st two eps. in S3.

Oh, that's great! Love the cute little girl in this season. Shen Nan has a much nicer visual too! But ep.1-3 very torturing to watch. Little girl was in so much pain.

BTW, did you read the novel?
