Would Fairy Tail be considered the Johnny Test of anime?

Since they both
Have a defensive fanbase and at times a large hatebase that tends to analyze the show harshly
Overusing a lot of cliches and tropes as well as overusing something that made them infamous which FT is infamous for fanservice while JT is infamous for whip crack sound effects which made people think they only focus on due to their overuse
Both of their abbreviations are similar
Both air on popular channels in their native country
Both tend to have juvenile humor a lot of times
Both of the male protagonists are associated with fire. Johnny's hair looks like a cartoonish flame while Natsu has fire magic and is fire based
Both tend to have plots and stories that get love or hate by both fans and haters
Both use ideas from other popular shows
Both have an attack that involves flatulence

I don't know the Johnny Test fanbase. I saw a couple of episodes when I was little, it was good. Fairy Tail is good too. But wait.. I have something to add to your list.

They are both guys AND have a talking pet as a side kick.

Not sure if that's true.
There are a lot of people who think it's trash and even more people who just don't care and simply enjoy it unabated.

@Piromysl That will all change in the next two episodes of 100 Years Quest just wait for Episode 6
that episode not only will be trending like crazy but it will also bring so many new anime onlys when crunchyroll upload a clip of that episode

wdym defensive fanbase? Ft fan is one of the most chill shounen fanbase on the community despite the abundant bullying 😂 . They're the type who just enjoy the show doesn't care what other thinks basically
