Can someone tell me what chapter manga after watching this anime? Are there some details that were missed from the anime? If so, do I have to read from the beginning

If I remember right they rearranged the order of things so I'm not sure what was left out/where it left off but the chapters were also different between the magazine and volume formats so watch out for that as well. It may just be easiest to start from the beginning since it's not the longest manga, and the final volume (8) should be releasing soon.
