My favorites are Gear 2, Gear 4 Boundman, and Gear 5.

I'll vote Gear 2/ 3 because plausible descriptions were given for how they work (using his rubber body to act as a pump to increase blood flow to muscles for Gear 2 and blowing air into his bones to enlarge himself for Gear 3). However no such thing was given for 4th and 5th other than using Haki and Awakening of his now godly devil fruit. Although 5th keeps getting better every time I see it used.
