For the 5th announcement of the 5th anniversary of the quintessential quintuplets anime, a new original movie with a story supervised by the author negi haruba was announced today.
A new light novel was also announced as the 4th announcement

If they keep studio shaft it will be the best movie ever, if it's bilbury again they will probably fumble like they already did with the rushed movie

Are they milking the series for all it's worth? Yes.

Will I be first in line to watch it? Also yes.

I love the series so hopefully this will be another opportunity to spend time with the characters, but if it's awful then I'll just skip it on rewatches.

I can't with this anime ending I'm still sad cause he chose yotsuba and now they are gonna show their honeymoon at least make a different route where he choose other girls like miku , nino, itsuki or ichika if they did tht i would gladly watch it hell i would even read the LN if they did that

imo, miku or nino should have been picked, not yotsuba. The movie may fix some things which i am eagerly awaiting. yotsuba was prac invisible the entire anime, and the only reason i liked her was cuz she was the og girl he met yesrs ago.but he didn't know that, or at least, didn't take that into consideration when choosing. it was such a dumb idea to choose yotsuba.

i liked yotsuba for different reasons. in his mind, he liked her for his own personal reasons, but for all the wrong ones.

miku should have just gone with the flow on that school trip, and because she said she likes her family, she lost her chance when he was obviously likin it. It was her fault. she didn't take any steps to show high romantical interest. us males are stupid. we can't reqd minds. she self sabotaged.

next best choice was nino. she was upfront, and told him her feelings. but because she used to be an ass, i think thats why she wasn't picked. she stillnis, but less of one.

then, theres itsuki. i will just say it, No. there was no chance. she was bitter the whole time, and shunned her atraction to him so it was never gonna work.

finally, the drunken actor. she was a lier, and a fraud. she manipulated so much just so she could get him to like her. eveyrhing was skewed in her favor, but because she tried to make things better for her, it actually made it worse. because of that, he didn't trust her as much. why would he? our bro, our mc, he would never go for someone like her.

miku and nino wer gud, yibeee.
can't wait for the movie.
