Just like the title says, does anyone have the idea when the hiatus would be over?

The hiatus is due to the mangaka's health from what I understand. So, depending on how severe it is and the length they need to recover, I don't think there's a need to be impatient. Sure, there are mangakas that try to put out a new chapter despite their declining health (HunterxHunter and D.Gray-Man come to mind) but I'm more likely to assume that they're trying to at least come up with a storyboard while they're recovering.

Worse-case scenario, the series is canned before the mangaka makes a full recovery but I don't think that's likely to happen unless their health is at serious risk. I'd rather wait longer for them to make a complete recovery for a consistent update than to have infrequent updates occur in the midst of their recovery. This is just all under the assumption that they're still on hiatus because of health and not using this time as an extended vacation. I'm sure they have a lot planned for the series with how things are getting in the more recent volumes.

As the people above have stated, there simply is no way to actually give a real answer to that. The actual "real" answer to give right now is no one knows, at this point it's pretty clear the author needs quite some time before returning to work on this and that's fine. I'd personally rather they put it on indefinite hiatus and basically forget about the manga until they're in better health. It's one thing for someone to get overworked, but it's a whole other thing to push yourself to work when dealing with harsh health problems.

Now, lemme just say that it's pretty common for people to get overworked in the world, not just manga authors but for basically every kind of job to "overwork" their staff is a common thing. Japan in particular gets a lot of bad reactions from people about overwork in the anime and manga industry, and while it's certainly something that varies a LOT from company to company, and of course not just something that affects Japan, it's certainly a bit more a problem there than it is in some other countries.

The author hasn't stated anything besides "health problems" I believe, so there's no way to know the actual exact situation preventing them from working on this more, and that's absolutely fine. I have no problem sitting around waiting a lot longer for volumes because an author is in poor health.
I like to watch some anime, I like to talk about some anime, I dislike wars over some anime, but more than anything I love to live my life, anime is an enjoyable and entertaining addition onto my life but it's not my whole life.

nobody knows to be honest, there where rumours about it coming back after the anime aired but that obviously didn't happen - I hope we will see a return one day of course still and that the author will recover and want to work on it again once he can.
