For me in the real world it would be:

Putin (started a horrible invasion that lead to inflation, also warcrrimes)

Axel Voss ( dude tried to kill the internet in Europe)

David baszuki (seriously, he could commit a human rights violation because people hate his corporate ways)

Kim Jung-un (don't need to explain why)

President of china (dunno his name but also bad)
(Sorry for the political stuff)

That's it really, as for the fictional world it would be:

Tobias (from Pokemon)

Patrick star (from SpongeBob)

Danzo (from Naruto)

Griffith (from berserk)

The joker (from DC comics)

Anyways what would be your picks?
(btw I wouldn't really kill anyone ever but if had to I would kill these people with the death note)

@Ishinashi338 homophobic innit? Also why me my posts may have tried to kill tiktok via government intervention but I didn't realise that was bad until now (so sorry for that) but the damage was at least never done... Well ok you might as well kill me with the death note I realise my mistakes
